Position Requirements:
- B.E Mechanical Engineering with 3 to 4 years of experience in Sales domain wherein handling the industrial transmission products such as Industrial Chains, consumables - Bearing, Gears, belts, cutting tools, Power transmission segment or relevant industry, etc.
- Dealer Management Exposure – Must have experience in Appointing new dealers & managing existing dealers.
- Knowledge of Sales Processes, Commercial terms
- Negotiation Skills
- Good Communication in English and Hindi
- Computer Literacy – MS Office (Excel & Power Point Presentations)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- To Prospect, develop and to generate orders from the new dealers for the assigned territory.
- To generate orders from the Existing Dealers in the assigned territory.
- Successful Closure of Orders as per the monthly plan with clearly defined targets in line with the Company's policies.
- Smooth Order execution as per order terms in coordination with the Backoffice team.
- Following the end-to-end process whist appointing the Dealers – Collecting all business documents, coordinating with Back office for Dealer agreement sign off, providing technical training to Dealers on products etc.
- Post Sales Follow-up - Collection of payments.
- To co-ordinate for timely resolving Dealer Complaints along with the Factory, Backoffice Team
- To prepare monthly Dealer contact plan for Dealer Segment and get it approved from Head Sales and executing the same.
- Obtaining regular feedback from the market and updating the same to the reporting officer.
- To ensure that the existing customer(s) are satisfied, queries are properly addressed and to maintain the reputation of the company.
