Sales Engineer

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Pune Division for a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will work closely with clients to deliver tailored solutions that meet their sustainable packaging needs. Key responsibilities include providing technical support, conducting product demonstrations, assisting in solution design, drafting proposals, and maintaining strong client relationships to drive sales growth. The role requires active collaboration with both technical and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Expertise in Sales Engineering and Technical Support for delivering customized solutions.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for addressing client needs and building relationships.
• Solid understanding of Sales strategies and processes to achieve business targets.
• Proficiency in presenting technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in sustainable packaging or related industries is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
