Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Coimbatore for a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for combining technical expertise with business acumen to identify and meet client needs. Key activities include preparing and delivering technical presentations, providing technical support to customers, facilitating sales processes, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Sales Engineering and Technical Support.
- Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to strategize and execute Sales activities to achieve business goals.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Knowledge of industrial equipment or material handling solutions is a plus.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
