Job Description:

Electromatic Engineers Pvt. Ltd. (UNITORQ Group), a leading Indian manufacturer of electromagnetic DC brakes, electromagnetic clutches, and brake motors, is seeking a motivated and dedicated Sales & Service Engineer for the Coimbatore region.

The selected candidate will be responsible for sales promotion, application support, and after-sales service of UNITORQ power transmission products. The role requires close interaction with OEMs, end users, distributors, and industrial customers across Bangalore and nearby markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and service of electromagnetic DC brakes, clutches, and brake motors

Develop new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients

Provide technical support, installation guidance, commissioning, and troubleshooting

Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities

Coordinate with factory and internal teams for order execution and service resolution

Prepare sales reports, follow-ups, and service documentation

Candidate Profile:

Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Minimum 2 years of experience in Coimbatore and nearby industrial markets

Experience in power transmission, motors, brakes, clutches, or industrial equipment preferred

Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset

Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
