The candidate should have a high technical acumen to understand the customer's requirements with proven sales skills.

Qualification: B. E Chemical or B.E Mech
Experience: 5 10 yrs experience in field sales of industrial equipment, typically from background of process equipment sales (like agitators / mixers /Mechanical seals).
Skill : Sales & negotiation skills, good communication, decent presentation, teamwork,
Territory: Pune & Rest of Maharashtra except Mumbai, Navi Mumbai & Thane region (local candidate preferred for all locations)

Achieving the specified targets & increasing the market share
Retaining existing Key Accounts and developing new ones
Independently managing & increasing the business for the region and developing new business opportunities with a view to maximizing sales in allocated regions
To formulate and implement weekly sales plan and build relationships with customers and business partners within the assigned area
Generating leads through personal visits, the internet, telephone, and promotional activities
Set up meetings with customers and understand the need, discuss potential leads with managers and seek inputs to qualify the lead
Prepare a sales quote and discuss the same with the customer and handling customer queries; Update sales quotes and seek guidance on deal closure
Techno-commercial discussions & negotiations with customers till order stage etc.
To liaise with other departmental functions like manufacturing, engineering, projects, purchase, commercial etc to ensure effective customer communication
Follow up on pending receivables
Gather understanding of competitor, market and industry trends in the territory in order to stay competitive in the market
Implementing territory management & segmentation approach for better market reach
