Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying customer needs, promoting laser-based solutions, and supporting the sales team with technical knowledge. Responsibilities also include conducting presentations, providing product demonstrations, and ensuring effective technical communication with clients. Additional tasks involve offering technical support, assisting with installations, and collaborating with customers to ensure the successful integration of our solutions into their workflows.
Qualifications
- Strong technical knowledge and experience in Sales Engineering
- Proven expertise in Sales and Customer Service
- Effective Communication skills for client interactions and presentations
- Experience in Technical Support and understanding technical functionalities
- Problem-solving capabilities and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Familiarity with laser machines and industrial applications is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering fields
