Role Description
The Senior Sales Engineer will play a key role in driving sales initiatives and fostering client relationships for Radiant's industrial automation solutions. This full-time, on-site role is based in Ahmedabad. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, providing technical consultations, preparing and presenting product demonstrations, developing proposals, and conducting follow-ups to close sales. The role involves collaborating with engineering teams to address customer challenges, ensuring smooth project execution, and delivering excellent service to achieve a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Sales to identify client needs and create tailored automation solutions
- Experience in Technical Support to offer hands-on assistance and troubleshoot client concerns
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain trusted client relationships
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical and operational teams to ensure seamless project integration
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, or a related field
- Knowledge of industrial automation products and systems such as ABB products, PLC, HMI, SCADA, and VFDs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in serving clients in industries like manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, or chemicals is a plus
