Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Engineer, located in Ahmedabad. The Field Sales Engineer will be responsible to develop new Leads in market through visits and exhibitions and managing customer accounts, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, and building relationships with clients to understand their technical needs. The role involves providing technical expertise on products, and offering optimal solutions to meet customer requirements. This position will collaborate closely with internal teams to meet sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales Engineering and Sales, with the ability to demonstrate product knowledge and technical capabilities.
• Expertise in Account Management and Sales Management to build strong client relationships and achieve sales objectives.
• Knowledge of Mechanical Engineering concepts to offer technical solutions aligned with customer needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently and organize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Prior experience in industrial or automotive sectors is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
