Job Description

Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for solar power project sales.
  • Nurture and manage a strong client base of Commercial & Industrial (C&I) prospects.
  • Generate leads and inquiries through field sales,cold calling,exhibition visits,references, and networking.
  • Meet C&I clients to understand their energy needs and propose suitable solar solutions.
  • Conduct site visits for preliminary surveys and feasibility checks.
  • Coordinate with the internal technical team to ensure accurate solutions and proposals submission.
  • Present techno-commercial proposals to prospects, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, pricing, and timelines.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
  • Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on competitor activities and pricing trends.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly sales plans andsales pipeline.
  • Achieve sales targets and support overall business growth.
  • Participate in sales meetings and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned to support sales and marketing objectives.

  • Graduation from any stream preferably Engineering Graduate or Diploma (Electrical / Mechanical / Renewable Energy preferred).
  • 1-3 years of experience in technical sales (preferably in Solar / Electrical / Industrial products).
