SolutionDevelopment:Developsolutionarchitecture,detailedequipmentlists,andpresentationmaterialstomeetcustomerrequirements.
CustomerSupport:Assistcustomerswithtechnicalissuesrelatedtoequipmentsetupandresolveanypost-salesconcerns.
Negotiation:Facilitatenegotiationswithpotentialcustomers,aligningtechnicalandcommercialaspectsforsuccessfuldeals.
QuotationManagement:PrepareaccuratequotationsbasedoncustomerrequirementsandensuretimelydeliverythroughRegionalSalesManagers.
VendorCoordination:Negotiatewithvendorstosecurebackupquotesandselectappropriatevendorsbasedontechnicalproductneeds.
PerformanceTracking:Trackissuedquotationstomonitorwinrates,processingtime,andtheproportionofcleanordersreceived.
InternalSupport&Coordination:Providetechnicalsizing,productselection,andsupporttoRegionalSalesManagers,ensuringtimelyandaccuratequotations.
SalesSupport:AssistRegionalSalesManagersandDealersintechnicaldiscussionswithcustomerstofacilitatedealclosure.
OrderProcessing:Reviewpurchaseorders,ensurecompliancewithsubmittedoffers,andcoordinatewithcustomersforamendmentswhennecessary.
ExecutionHandover:Onceordersarefinalized,passoncleanordersalongwithallrequireddocumentationtotheSalesOperationsManager(SOM)forexecution.
TeamCollaboration:PartnerwiththeRegionalSalesManagertomeetandexceedassignedregionalsalestargets.
Qualifications&SkillsRequired:

Salesaptitudewithakeeninterestininteractingwithcustomers.

KnowledgeofthePLC/ControllerBMSindustrypreferred,thoughexperienceinHVACisalsoacceptable.
Familiaritywithcommercialtermsandconditionsandtheirapplicationinsalesprocesses.
ProficiencyinMSOfficetoolsincludingWord,Excel,PowerPoint,andProject.
PreferredQualificationsandExperience:
EngineeringDegree(Electrical,Electronics,Mechanical)
Strongcommunicationandpresentationskills.
FamiliaritywithbasicPLCandDDCdesignandsoftwareapplications.
Experience:3-5yearsofrelevantinBMSorHVAC/ELVindustry
