Sales Engineer

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer located in the Pune Division. The Sales Engineer will work closely with clients and internal teams to understand client requirements, provide technical expertise, and deliver tailored solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting customer interactions, developing product demonstrations, supporting technical sales efforts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role will require collaboration with the engineering and operations teams to bridge business needs with technical solutions.

• Expertise in Sales Engineering and an understanding of data storage, cloud, and customized infrastructure solutions
• Experience in Technical Support and Customer Service to resolve technical issues and maintain strong client relationships
• Strong Communication and Sales skills, with the ability to effectively present complex technical information to a variety of audiences
• Ability to adapt to dynamic client environments and provide innovative technical solutions
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience in storage, cloud solutions, or related technical domains will be a plus
