Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune City for a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying and pursuing business opportunities, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, and offering technical support. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the sales and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions, gathering customer feedback, and ensuring successful project execution aligned with customer requirements.

Qualifications
  • Strong technical knowledge in industrial products and a solid understanding of relevant sectors such as textile, plastics, and machine tools.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales, customer relationship management, and business development.
  • Proficiency in delivering product presentations, conducting technical demonstrations, and providing technical support to clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and sustain strong customer relationships.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify potential opportunities to expand business reach.
  • Willingness to work on-site and travel to customer locations, if necessary.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in similar industries or roles is highly advantageous.
  • Proactive and problem-solving mindset to address customer requirements effectively.
