Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Sales Engineer specializing in Civil (Construction Materials & Services). The day-to-day responsibilities include providing technical support to clients, understanding their requirements, and offering tailored construction material solutions. The Sales Engineer will also be responsible for generating sales leads, meeting sales targets, building and maintaining customer relationships, and facilitating seamless customer service. The role involves close interaction with clients to ensure solution alignment with their needs.
Experience & Qualifications
- 0-2 years of Experience in relevant Domain.
- Able to speak Kannada language will be an additional benifit.
- Understanding of Sales Engineering and deep knowledge of the construction materials & services industry
- Strong communication skills and ability to effectively interact with customers and internal teams
- Proven skills in technical support and the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in sales and customer service, including lead generation, relationship management, and achieving sales targets
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment and collaborate with the team
- Proficiency in understanding construction processes and material specifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in technical sales or a related role is a plus
