 Role Description

The Sales cum Service Engineer (Laboratory Equipments) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru North. The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting, installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and after-sales service of the products supplied by Nu Tek Instruments Pvt. Ltd. while ensuring customer satisfaction and business objectives. The individual will be responsible for field service visits, performing repairs, and communicating effectively with clients to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role includes demonstrating equipment functionality and supporting sales initiatives by understanding customer requirements.

No. of Openings : 4 ( 2 for Bengaluru and 2 for Delhi)

Key Responsibilities

•       Install, commission, and maintain the equipment supplied by Nu Tek Instruments.
•       Perform IQ/OQ/PQ of the new equipments
•       Perform Calibration for the existing Equipments
•       Perform AMC services within scheduled period
•       Perform on-site troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs.
•       Provide technical support to clients.
•       Train clients on product usage and maintenance.
•       Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service efficiency.

Qualifications:

•       MUST be Diploma or bachelor's degree in engineering 
•       0 to 2 years of experience in technical service or field service engineering
•       Willingness to travel on short notice
•       Strong technical knowledge, problem solving and communication skills
•       Client-facing experience preferred
•       Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills in English, Hindi and respective

regional language

•       Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
•       Should be comfortable handling electrical / electronic tools
•       Valid Driving License and Two Wheeler Mandatory
