- Technical Competency:
- Provide technical support during customer interactions, application studies, solution development, and product demonstrations.
- Commercial Responsibility:
- Own sales revenue, gross margin, operating profit, and inventory management. Report progress during monthly management reviews.
- Dealer Management:
- Appoint and onboard dealers in key markets based on defined selection criteria, ensuring alignment with company standards. Strengthen dealer relationships through performance monitoring, and regular reviews, to drive growth and loyalty.
