Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in New Delhi for a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will work closely with clients to understand their needs, propose tailored automation solutions, and ensure a high level of technical and customer support. The role involves collaborating with the sales team to deliver technical presentations, address customer queries, and contribute to the achievement of sales goals. Additional responsibilities include maintaining client relationships and staying updated on advancing automation technologies to meet market demands effectively.

Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in Sales Engineering to recommend and implement technical solutions
  • Ability to provide Technical Support and address client-specific technical inquiries
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Sales and understanding customer acquisition strategies
  • Experience in Customer Service to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a collaborative environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
  • Relevant industry experience in automation or industrial solutions is a plus
