We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as US Staffing Sales Executives. This role is ideal for candidates interested in building a career in international business development and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the US staffing market
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with US clients (Direct Clients / MSP / VMS)
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with recruiters to fulfill positions
- Negotiate rates, contracts, and terms with clients
- Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and track sales activities
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Required Skills
- Good communication skills (spoken and written English)
- Basic understanding of sales and business development
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in night shifts (US time zones)
- Quick learner with a positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BBA, MBA, or any graduate – IT domain preferred)
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply
