At Talentica, you won't inherit a playbook—you'll help create it. You'll work with global startups, engage
with founders, and drive revenue for AI and product engineering solutions that power next-generation
companies.
What you'll build & solve:
• Own and drive the entire US sales charter—from first conversation to deal closure.
• Build relationships with founders, CTOs, and product leaders.
• Sell high-value AI and engineering solutions—not commoditized services.
• Identify, create, and convert opportunities in an unstructured, high-growth environment.
• Be on the ground in the US market, building pipeline and closing deals.
• Shape how Talentica positions, sells, and scales in global markets.
What we're really looking for :
• You think in markets and opportunities, not just targets.
• You're comfortable with ambiguity and building from scratch.
• You can engage deeply with technology and engineering conversations.
• You've sold to or want to sell to global customers (US preferred).
• You take ownership beyond the role definition.
What you bring:
• 5–15 years in B2B / technology / IT sales (field sales preferred)
• Proven ability to hunt, build pipeline, and close deals independently
• Strong communication and executive-level engagement skills
• Willingness to travel to the US and operate in a global market
• Strong Academic Background
• Prior exposure to product companies, startups, or engineering services.
