Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Director Sales to lead our CPaaS and SaaS sales operations in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B SaaS / CPaaS sales, proven leadership capabilities, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales team
  • Drive enterprise sales across CPaaS and SaaS offerings
  • Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients and key stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams
  • Lead contract negotiations and close high-value enterprise deals
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term client retention

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, CPaaS, or enterprise technology sales
  • Proven experience in leading sales teams and consistently meeting targets
  • Strong network across industries such as BFSI, Retail, and E-commerce
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Experience selling CPaaS platforms, chatbot solutions, conversational AI, or SaaS products is a strong advantage
