Role Overview

We are looking for an Associate Director Enterprise Sales to lead high-value enterprise deals, build strategic relationships with CXOs and senior stakeholders, and drive revenue growth across large accounts. This role will play a critical part in shaping enterprise GTM strategy and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Enterprise Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Own and drive the enterprise sales pipeline from lead qualification to deal closure
  • Close large-ticket, long-cycle enterprise deals with Fortune 1000 / large Indian enterprises
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets

Stakeholder & Relationship Management
  • Build strong relationships with CXOs, CMOs, CTOs, Heads of Marketing, Digital, and Growth
  • Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients by understanding business challenges and proposing AI-led solutions
  • Manage contract negotiations, commercials, and enterprise-level pricing discussions

Sales Strategy & GTM Execution
  • Collaborate with leadership on enterprise GTM strategy, pricing, and packaging
  • Identify new market opportunities, verticals, and strategic accounts
  • Work closely with marketing, pre-sales, product, and customer success teams

Team & Process Leadership
  • Mentor and guide senior sales managers / enterprise account executives
  • Help define best practices for enterprise sales processes, forecasting, and CRM hygiene
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline visibility to leadership

Required Skills & Experience
  • 712 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, preferably in SaaS / AI / MarTech / AdTech
  • Proven track record of closing high-value enterprise deals (50L+ ARR or equivalent)
  • Strong experience in solution selling and consultative sales
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and executive communication skills
  • Experience working with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)

Good to Have
  • Experience selling to media, entertainment, consumer internet, or brand-focused enterprises
  • Prior exposure to AI, data, analytics, or marketing technology platforms
  • Experience building or scaling enterprise sales teams
