Position Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Development Representative/Business Development Executive with hands-on experience in bidding and client handling. The candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant opportunities, submitting compelling proposals, and driving initial client conversations to generate qualified leads and business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

● Manage and optimize company profiles on online bidding portals (Upwork).

● Identify relevant projects and submit customized proposals.

● Coordinate with internal teams for estimates, solutions, and proposals.

● Maintain consistent follow-ups to convert leads into opportunities.

● Maintain a database of leads, proposals, and closures.

● Contribute towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

● Stay updated with Upwork trends, bidding strategies, and competition.

Required Skills:

● 2 to 3 years of experience in Upwork bidding or IT services sales.

● Proven experience in generating leads through Upwork.

● Strong written and verbal communication skills.

● Ability to understand client requirements and respond eff ectively.

● Experience in handling initial client conversations independently.

● Basic understanding of web, mobile, or e-commerce services.

● Target-driven mindset with good follow-up and negotiation skills.

Preferred Skills:

● Experience working with international clients (US/Canada/Europe).

● Exposure to proposal writing tools and CRM systems.

● Understanding of estimation processes and solution pitching.

● Experience in handling end-to-end sales cycle (lead to closure).

● Ability to work in diff erent time zones.
