We are looking for a resilient, empathic business development executive to contribute to the growth of our company.

The candidate will work closely with our seasoned Account Executive to support various aspects of the sales process and contribute to the growth of our client base.

Responsibilities:

  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
  • Research potential clients and industries to identify new business opportunities.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining a database of prospective clients.
  • Generate leads through various channels, such as emails, messages, calls and LinkedIn
  1. Aggressive Outreach:
  • Lead the charge in prospecting potential clients through targeted outbound calls, emails, and social outreach.
  • Your aggressive approach will be the driving force behind building our sales pipeline.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Partner closely with our sales team to deliver high-quality leads, providing them with valuable insights to ensure a seamless handoff.
  1. Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
  • Update and maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Assist in managing and organizing the sales pipeline.

  1. Market Research:
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Contribute insights and recommendations based on market research findings.
  1. Collaboration:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing & product development, to align sales efforts with overall company goals.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or recent graduate).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Good understanding of sales principles and techniques.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Prior experience in similar role for at least 1 year
