We are expanding our sales team and looking for ahigh-energy Sales Executivewho wants to grow fast and work directly with the founders.

Role Overview

As ourSales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for:

  • Generating leads
  • Reaching out to founders/brand owners
  • Qualifying prospects
  • Booking meetings for founders
  • Supporting the high-ticket sales process

You don't need prior experience just strong communication skills and hunger to grow.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Find and connect with FMCG, wellness & ecommerce brands
  • Send outbound messages (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Email)
  • Maintain high-volume outreach daily
Qualification & Meeting Booking
  • Understand client pain-points
  • Qualify leads (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline)
  • Book 1015 meetings per week
  • Maintain CRM hygiene
Sales Support
  • Join meetings with founders
  • Prepare meeting briefs
  • Assist with proposals & follow-ups
  • Nurture leads until closing
Reporting
  • Daily activity reporting
  • Weekly pipeline review
Eligibility Criteria
  • Excellent verbal & written communication
  • Confidence in talking to founders and decision makers
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing / ecommerce (we train you)
  • High energy, persistence & target-oriented mindset
  • Ability to learn fast and use CRM tools

Salary + IncentivesStarting Salary:18,000 25,000 based on experience

Performance Incentives:
  • Total earning potential: 40,00070,000+ per month.
