About the Role
We are looking for a high-energy and target-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is passionate about IT sales, lead generation, and business growth. You will play a key role in identifying potential clients, executing outreach strategies, and generating qualified leads for IT services
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads for IT services (Web Development, App Development, Software Solutions)
Research and identify potential clients and their business needs
Execute cold outreach via calls, emails, and Linkedin
Pitch IT services and create initial interest
Manage sales pipeline and update CRM regularly
Schedule meetings and demos for the business team
Follow up with prospects and nurture leads
Coordinate with internal teams for client requirements
Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions
Requirements
6 months 1 year of experience in IT Sales / Inside Sales / Lead Generation
Basic understanding of IT services or software solutions
Strong communication and presentation skills
Bachelor's degree (BBA / BCA / BCom preferred)
Familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools
Certifications in Inbound Sales / Google Analytics (preferred)
