Role OverviewWe are looking for a high-energy Sales Development Representative to spearhead outbound growth for Koyo. Unlike a typical sales role, you will be selling a cutting-edge AI solution to HR leaders and Founders. Your primary goal is to build a robust sales pipeline by identifying high-fit accounts and converting cold prospects into qualified product demonstrations.
Experience: 13 Years in B2B Sales, Inside Sales, or SaaS Development.
Location: Bangalore
Strategic Prospecting: Identify and research high-potential accounts across startups, scale-ups, and enterprises.
Multi-Channel Outreach: Execute cold outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and cold calling to engage CHROs, Talent Acquisition Heads, and Founders.
Consultative Pitching: Move beyond script-reading; understand the prospect's hiring pain points and articulate how Koyo's AI can solve them.
Pipeline Management: Own the top-of-the-funnel. Manage and nurture leads through a CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) to ensure no lead goes cold.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Product and Marketing teams to share market feedback and refine our value proposition.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on HRTech trends and competitor landscapes to position Koyo as the market leader.
Qualified Demos: Consistent delivery of high-quality demos.
Conversion Rate: Maintaining a high lead-to-opportunity conversion ratio.
Activity Metrics: Discipline in daily outreach volume and follow-up frequency.
Experience: 13 years of proven experience in outbound sales (SaaS or HRTech experience is a massive plus).
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to hold a peer-level conversation with senior executives.
Tech Savvy: Proficient with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and automated outreach platforms.
Resilience: A hunter mindsetyou are persistent, handle rejection with grace, and are driven by hitting (and exceeding) targets.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to track your own data, recognize patterns in what's working, and pivot your strategy accordingly.
