Location: *Malad West, Mumbai*

Job Type: *Full-time, Permanent*

Working days: *6days a week*

CTC: ₹4,00,000 – ₹7,00,000 + Incentives as per performance

*About the Role:*

Its a high-impact role as a Manager-Global Partnerships for our Investment Expo Division, where you will drive revenue growth and strategic partnerships across a diverse portfolio of investment opportunities for Indian NRI Audience.

You will be responsible for onboarding and managing participants across real estate, financial services, wealth management, immigration, education, and NRI-focused services, ensuring strong exhibitor success and long-term partnerships.

This role is ideal for a dynamic sales & business development professional who thrives in a fast-paced, digital-first environment and understands the evolving needs of global NRI investors.

*Key Responsibilities:*

• Market Intelligence & Strategy:

Track industry trends across real estate, finance, and NRI services to identify new business opportunities and craft winning sales strategies for the online expo.

• Business Development & Lead Generation:

Drive new revenue by identifying, prospecting, and onboarding exhibitors through outbound outreach, networking, and strategic partnerships.

• Participant Acquisition:

Pitch and sell digital participation packages including virtual booths, webinars, lead generation tools, and branding solutions to potential exhibitors.

• Client Relationship Management:

Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction, repeat participation, and long-term engagement.

• Consultative Selling:

Understand client objectives and recommend tailored expo solutions that maximize ROI and visibility among global NRI audiences.

• Negotiation & Closure:

Lead commercial discussions, finalize contracts, and close deals while ensuring value creation for both clients and the organization.

• Campaign Coordination:

Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and execution of exhibitor deliverables.

• Performance Tracking & Reporting:

Monitor individual sales funnel, conversion metrics, and revenue performance; provide actionable insights to optimize business outcomes.

• Lead Management & Follow-ups:

Execute structured follow-ups, cold outreach, and pipeline management to consistently achieve sales targets.

Qualifications:

• *Experience:*

2–4years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in digital events, exhibitions, real estate, financial services, or NRI-focused businesses.

• Communication & Presentation Skills:

Strong ability to engage with senior decision-makers across industries.

• Sales & Negotiation Skills:

Proven track record in closing high-value deals and managing sales cycles.

• Industry Understanding (will be a plus):

Knowledge of investment products, real estate, financial services, or NRI ecosystem is a strong advantage.

• Digital Savviness:

Comfortable with online platforms, virtual event ecosystems, and digital selling tools.
