Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Intern based in Navi Mumbai, with the full flexibility for work-from-home assignments. The primary responsibilities include approaching to prospective clients which includes educational institutes, coaching institutes, book publishers, corporates etc to onboard them on Nishkaera for admissions, featuring their courses, jobs etc. The intern may also support other business development activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills to engage effectively with clients and partners
• Analytical skills and market research experience to identify business opportunities and trends
• Lead generation skills to identify and connect with potential clients
• Ability to work collaboratively within a hybrid environment and take initiative
• Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with recruitment or career development industries is an advantage
• MBA degree (completed or ongoing) is a must
