What you'll do:
- Build and execute targeted outbound campaigns aimed at in-house TA teams, RPOs, and recruitment agencies across the UK and US.
- Conduct thorough research on target accounts to ensure meaningful outreach—because you know that recruitment professionals can spot lazy attempts from a mile away.
- Utilize a multi-channel approach, including email, LinkedIn, and phone calls, with an emphasis on cold calling to secure meetings with potential clients.
- Schedule qualified discovery calls for our founder and sales team, moving prospects through the sales pipeline with finesse.
- Take ownership of your pipeline metrics, including activity rates, response rates, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities created.
- Share valuable feedback from market conversations to help us refine our product and approach.
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years of experience as an SDR in B2B SaaS, with a strong preference for those familiar with recruitment tech, HR tech, or AI tools.
- A proven ability to hit outbound meeting quotas, backed by specific numbers that demonstrate your success.
- Excellent written communication skills; your outreach should be engaging and tailored, not generic templates.
- A proactive approach to cold calling; you prioritize picking up the phone over sending emails.
- Self-directed and goal-oriented, you thrive with minimal oversight.
- Availability to work during UK business hours (approximately 9am to 6pm GMT), with at least 5 hours of overlap each day.
- Familiar with Apollo, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Nice to haves:
- Experience with recruitment tech tools that enhance the hiring process.
- Familiarity with multi-channel outreach strategies to effectively reach and engage potential clients.
- Insight into the recruitment industry and ATS Platforms, providing you with a deeper understanding of our clients needs.
