Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven
Sales Development Representative (SDR) to focus on
product sales and outbound lead generation for our partner and in-house software products. The role involves identifying potential customers, conducting product-focused outreach, qualifying opportunities, and supporting the sales pipeline across domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive outbound sales activities through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking
- Generate qualified leads for partnered and in-house software products
- Understand customer pain points and position relevant product solutions
- Schedule product demos and meetings for the sales team
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline in CRM
- Research target industries, accounts, and decision-makers
- Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture opportunities
- Coordinate with internal product and marketing teams for campaigns and product updates
- Maintain strong understanding of product features, use cases, and competitor landscape
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in inside sales / SDR / SaaS product sales
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable with cold outreach and lead qualification
- Ability to understand and explain software products effectively
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) is preferred
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset
- Exposure to international markets (US/UK) is an added advantage
