Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to focus on product sales and outbound lead generation for our partner and in-house software products. The role involves identifying potential customers, conducting product-focused outreach, qualifying opportunities, and supporting the sales pipeline across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive outbound sales activities through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking
  • Generate qualified leads for partnered and in-house software products
  • Understand customer pain points and position relevant product solutions
  • Schedule product demos and meetings for the sales team
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline in CRM
  • Research target industries, accounts, and decision-makers
  • Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal product and marketing teams for campaigns and product updates
  • Maintain strong understanding of product features, use cases, and competitor landscape

Requirements

  • 1–4 years of experience in inside sales / SDR / SaaS product sales
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and lead qualification
  • Ability to understand and explain software products effectively
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) is preferred
  • Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset
  • Exposure to international markets (US/UK) is an added advantage
