About Enveu
Enveu is a global OTT infrastructure platform powering streaming products for broadcasters, sports leagues, telecom operators, content studios, and digital-first media companies across 30+ countries. Clients use Enveu to launch Netflix-style, Twitch-style, Micro Drama, and live sports streaming platforms — fast, without building from scratch.
We have shipped real products for clients across Tier 1 to Tier 3 markets globally. Now we're scaling the revenue engine to match.
THE ROLE
We're hiring dedicated SDR. You will own the top of the sales funnel end-to-end — building targeted prospect lists, running outbound sequences, qualifying inbound leads, and booking demos for the AE/founder. This is not a support role. You will be measured on pipeline generated, not activity logged.
This is a high-ownership, low-hand-holding position. If you need a manager to tell you what to do each morning, this is not the right fit.
What You'll Do
Outbound Prospecting
- Build weekly prospect lists using Apollo.io targeting OTT decision-makers globally — CEOs, Heads of Digital, CTOs at broadcasters, telecom operators, sports leagues, and content studios
- Enrich leads using Clay and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to find verified contacts and personalisation hooks
- Run multi-touch outbound sequences across email and LinkedIn (8 touchpoints over 21 days)
- Write sequence copy that speaks to OTT-specific pain points — not generic SaaS templates
Inbound Management
- Respond to all inbound demo requests within 30 minutes during business hours
- Run 20-minute discovery calls to qualify budget, authority, timeline, and fit
- Route qualified leads to the founder/AE with a clean brief; disqualify and document the rest in HubSpot
- Ensure no inbound lead goes cold due to slow follow-up
Pipeline & CRM
- Maintain clean, updated records in HubSpot — every touchpoint, every conversation, every outcome
- Track your own metrics weekly: contacts sourced, emails sent, replies, calls booked, qualified vs disqualified
- Surface patterns in objections and disqualification reasons to improve targeting
What We're Looking For
Must-Have
- 1–3 years of B2B SaaS outbound experience — you've run cold email sequences before, not just assisted with them
- Hands-on experience with Apollo.io or a similar prospecting tool (Lusha, ZoomInfo, etc.)
- Comfortable with LinkedIn outreach — not just connection requests, actual conversation-starting messages
- Excellent written English — your emails will go to CEOs in Africa, Europe, and Southeast Asia
- Comfortable making cold calls — video calls, not just emails
- Self-directed: you can build a prospect list and launch a sequence without step-by-step direction
Good to Have
- Exposure to media tech, streaming, SaaS platforms, or digital infrastructure
- Experience with HubSpot CRM and Clay for lead enrichment
- Has worked in a startup with a small or no dedicated sales team
Not Required
- OTT industry knowledge (you will learn it in the first 30 days)
- Enterprise sales experience or MBA
