Role Overview
We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support RateGain's North America (NORAM) business. This role will be based in India and aligned to US working hours, with a focus on generating and qualifying sales opportunities for the NORAM market.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience selling into North America and strong outbound prospecting skills in a SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound & Inbound Lead Generation
Prospect and engage target accounts in the North American market via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book meetings for Account Executives.
Pipeline & Sales Support
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline for assigned territories.
Collaborate closely with AEs to progress opportunities and schedule demos.
Account & Market Research
Research accounts and stakeholders to personalize outreach.
Develop a working understanding of RateGain's products and value proposition.
Collaboration & Process
Work with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps teams to improve conversions.
Maintain accurate CRM data and adhere to sales processes.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
23 years of SDR/BDR experience selling into the North American market.
Experience in SaaS or B2B preferred.
Comfortable working US shifts from India.
Strong proficiency in English.
Knowledge & Skills
Understanding of the NORAM B2B sales cycle and buyer personas.
Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools.
Strong communication, prospecting, and time-management skills.
