Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a strong background in B2B inside sales, specifically within service-based environments. This role involves a mix of inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting, requiring strong communication skills, discipline, and the ability to engage with both business and technical stakeholders.

Required
Hybrid SDR (Inbound Qualification + Outbound Calling)
- 2 to 4 years B2B inside sales experience
- Handle inbound leads: qualify using a defined framework (budget, authority, need, timeline) and convert sales-ready leads into meetings (BANT or SPIN framework)
- Execute outbound cold calls to target accounts using approved scripts; adapt live, leave professional voicemails, and follow up by email/LinkedIn.
- Run daily outreach blocks (e.g., mornings = cold calls, afternoons = qualification) to prevent task-switching chaos.
- Maintain strict CRM discipline in Salesforce: log every call, email, outcome, and lead status with no exceptions.
- Use Dialpad integrated with Salesforce for US/Dubai calling; track call dispositions and meeting outcomes.
- Meet dual KPIs: calls/contacts booked (outbound) and % of qualified inbound leads converted to meetings.
