  • Identify and generate new business leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Research and target potential clients for ERP solutions and IT services.
  • Qualify prospects by understanding their business needs, requirements, and budgets.
  • Conduct initial discovery conversations with potential clients.
  • Maintain and update lead and prospect information in CRM systems.
  • Work closely with the sales team to convert qualified leads into opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects.
  • Track lead generation activities and provide regular reports and updates.
  • Support marketing campaigns, events, and outreach programs.Skills and Experience Required:

 

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a Business Development / Lead Generation / BDR role in IT Services Sales
  • Strong understanding of ERP solutions such as SAP ERP, Oracle ERP, or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Hands-on experience in lead generation and cold calling.
  • Experience targeting clients in the Indian market.
  • Familiarity with ERP modules or IT service offerings.

Key Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong prospecting and lead qualification abilities.
  • Experience using lead generation and prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo, and HubSpot.
  • Good command of Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting.
  • Ability to manage and nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a BDR team.
