Job Description

We are currently looking for a Sales Development Representative with the right energy, competitive spirit, and personal drive to be the leading force that fuels our growing client relationships in our Indian market. The candidate for this position will create new opportunities by using a consultative approach to selling and using their expertise to identify prospects, build meaningful customer relationships, and drive momentum by guiding prospective clients.

Responsibilities

  • Working with ADs to identify net-new opportunities and create new leads to increase the sales pipeline.
  • Identifying champions and key stakeholders within target accounts and regions.
  • Generating leads, building relationships, and discovering new sales outlets through calls, emails, video prospecting, and other innovative mediums.
  • Use BANT to qualify prospects and set appointments with the ADs.
  • Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly metrics (meetings, qualified leads, new contacts, etc. ).
  • Maintain consistent and meaningful prospect outreach via phone, email, and social platforms.
  • Creating engaging and personalized email communications.

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Discovering new leads/key stakeholders for each account through internet research and social media monitoring/messaging, using tools such as LinkedIn Navigator and Twitter.
  • Experiment with new and creative strategies for a better pitch.
  • Become a brand ambassador by getting to know Qoruz in depth and selling it to prospects.
  • Maintain an active social presence on LinkedIn that generates strong brand awareness.
  • Be a part of training sessions and external meetups to bring forward best practices.
  • Work closely with the product/marketing/growth teams to keep the prospects updated about Qoruz's new features.

Requirements

  • Good hold over language, ability to communicate effectively.
  • Experience with tools for email prospecting and knowledge of leveraging LinkedIn to establish connections.
