Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Development Representative with a strong focus on outbound prospecting and cold calling.

Your primary responsibility is generating qualified pipeline for the Account Executive team. This role is activity driven and execution heavy. Y

ou will be expected to run high volume outbound campaigns, consistently book meetings, and ensure AEs always have strong leads to work on. If you are comfortable making a few hundred calls per day and thrive in a metric driven environment, this role is for you.

What You Will Do

  • Make 150 to 300 cold calls daily to ideal customer profiles
  • Build and segment prospect lists using Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clay, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Run structured multi touch outbound campaigns across phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Use automation and enrichment tools to personalize messaging at scale
  • Qualify prospects based on budget, authority, need, and timeline
  • Book qualified meetings and ensure smooth handoff to Account Executives
  • Maintain strict CRM hygiene and track daily activity metrics
  • Continuously improve scripts, talk tracks, and objection handling
  • Collaborate with AEs and marketing to refine ICP and messaging

Required Experience

  • Proven outbound SDR experience with high daily call volume
  • Strong cold calling and objection handling skills
  • Experience with Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clay, Sales Navigator, and CRM systems
  • Hands on experience building outbound automations and lead workflows
  • Strong understanding of pipeline metrics such as connect rate, meeting rate, and show rate
  • Clear, confident verbal and written communication
  • Self disciplined and comfortable working in a remote environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling cloud infrastructure, dev tools, or B2B SaaS
  • Experience targeting CTOs, DevOps teams, or technical buyers
  • Experience running outbound experiments and iterating messaging
