Who are we
Y Combinator backed start-up, co-founded by IIT Roorkee alumnus We help the insurance industry automate manual processes, reduce errors and increase high and low-skilled employee productivity. We're on a mission to bring intelligent automation to the world and are on the first step of automation i.e. automating document processing. Our deep learning models convert any type of paper document into structured data. We have implemented our solution at a few of the top insurance companies in India, helping them lower costs and reduce time spent on manual data entry.
What You'll Do:
- Drive outbound pipeline by identifying, prospecting, and engaging decision makers across the US market
- Write crisp, relevant cold emails and LinkedIn messages that get replies
- Conduct cold calls with a consultative, curious approach
- Book qualified meetings for the Account Executives
- Collaborate with marketing, research, and product teams to refine ICP, messaging, and outreach strategy
- Use tools like Apollo, Outreach, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc., to run campaigns
- Maintain clear documentation and reporting of pipeline and activity
What We're Looking for:
- 1+ year of outbound SDR/BDR experience selling to US-based prospects (preferably B2B SaaS)
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Proven ability to generate pipeline via outbound channels (cold email, calls, LinkedIn)
- Understanding of modern sales tools and tactics
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative start-up environment
- Curious mind-set, analytical thinking, and a hunger to improve every week
