Job Description

Location: Remote (India)

Experience: 2–3-year (Freshers with good communication can apply)

Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday | 5.5 Days Working)

Role Overview

As a Sales Development Representative (Inbound), you'll manage all incoming leads,

qualify prospects, and coordinate with the Business Development team to convert

potential clients. You will play a key role in driving revenue by creating a strong sales

pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to inbound client inquiries promptly
  • Qualify leads and assess client needs based on product/service fit
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with BD Executives
  • Update and track all lead information in CRM tools
  • Collaborate with marketing team to improve inbound lead quality
  • Maintain communication with warm leads for nurturing
  • Contribute ideas for optimizing sales outreach and process

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field
  • 2-3 year of experience in lead qualification or IT sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of software services and digital products
  • Comfortable using CRM tools (Go high level, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Proactive, organized, and results-driven attitude
