Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative (Inbound), you'll manage all incoming leads,
qualify prospects, and coordinate with the Business Development team to convert
potential clients. You will play a key role in driving revenue by creating a strong sales
pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to inbound client inquiries promptly
- Qualify leads and assess client needs based on product/service fit
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with BD Executives
- Update and track all lead information in CRM tools
- Collaborate with marketing team to improve inbound lead quality
- Maintain communication with warm leads for nurturing
- Contribute ideas for optimizing sales outreach and process
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field
- 2-3 year of experience in lead qualification or IT sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of software services and digital products
- Comfortable using CRM tools (Go high level, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar)
- Proactive, organized, and results-driven attitude
