We're looking for a SDR to support our global sales team by researching target accounts, engaging prospects through outbound outreach, qualifying leads, and booking meetings for our sales executives.
This role requires you to be comfortable working in the CET (Central European Time) timezone (1:00 PM 10:00 PM IST).
What you'll do
- Run outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and calls (as applicable)
- Research target accounts and identify key decision makers aligned to ICP
- Execute structured outreach sequences and follow-ups
- Qualify prospects and book meetings for sales executives
- Maintain clean, accurate updates inSalesforce CRM(leads, activities, outcomes, next steps)
- Coordinate with global stakeholders across time zones and ensure smooth handovers
Mandatory
- Hands-on experience using Salesforce CRM is a mandate
- Prior experience working with global teams and remote stakeholders
- Comfortable working CET hours (110 PM IST)
- Someone who speaks up, you don't take a step back in sharing feedback, raising risks, or challenging assumptions (professionally)
