Role Overview:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a critical role in our sales process, focusing on lead generation, qualification, and nurturing prospects. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and support revenue growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, and social media to generate and qualify leads.
Identify potential clients, understand their business needs, and introduce our SaaS AI solutions.
Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.
Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted outreach strategies.
Continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in a Sales Development or similar role, preferably in SaaS or AI-related industries.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic to proven experience in lead generation and prospecting.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Ability to work flexible hours to cover both US and India time zones.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
