Job Description

About the Role:

Our Sales Development team is working with our target accounts in North America and India. We are looking for a stellar Sales Development Representative to join us in our mission to ensure safe medicine for patients across the world.

What will you get to do

  • You are the first point of contact for our prospects and will drive growth through various prospecting activities
  • You will work on both Inbound/Outbound demand generation channels
  • Generate new meetings within our target accounts using methods such as LinkedIn messages, emails, calls etc.
  • Determine the exact needs and resolve issues or objections presented by the prospects to create Sales Qualified Leads for the Account Executives.
  • Schedule appropriate next steps for the leads
  • Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up generating increased interest
  • Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of qualified opportunities

What you should have

  • 1+ year prior SDR/ BDR (handling inbound leads for US or India region and having outbound prospecting experience) experience within a Software company
  • Hardworking and willing to achieve a high volume of inbound prospecting activity every day while maintaining a positive and energetic persona
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to read emotional cues, understand a customer's needs and navigate a conversation
  • Highly data driven & great A/B testing skills
  • Experience using Salesforce, Outreach and Sales Navigator
  • Ability to conduct account research to design weekly priorities
  • Ability to collaborate seamlessly with AEs
  • Able to understand/explain concepts and ideas in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Aims to grow into a Sales leader
  • Comfortable in flexible working hours to coordinate with US leads
