Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Sales Development Representative. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Increff, you will drive the top of our outbound sales funnel through two parallel tracks: onboarding and enabling agency partners to generate qualified leads on Increff's behalf, and running your own outbound motion through cold calls, personalized email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
Once you generate a qualified lead and book a discovery meeting, you will hand it off to an Account Executive with all the relevant context documented in Salesforce. This is a high-ownership role where your pipeline contribution is directly visible to leadership.
