The role

You'll own our outbound pipeline — finding businesses on Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and other platforms who need exactly what we build, getting them interested, qualifying them, and handing them to our Solutions Partner to close.

No cold calling random numbers. No spray-and-pray email blasts. Targeted, intelligent outreach to businesses who are already looking for what we offer.

Day to day:

  • Monitor Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer.com, and LinkedIn for businesses looking to build automations, CRMs, ERPs, or custom software
  • Write sharp, tailored proposals — 15–20 a day
  • Run short qualification calls to understand the prospect's needs and budget
  • Pass qualified leads with a clean handoff summary
  • Track everything, spot patterns, improve the hit rate over time

You're the right fit if:

  • You have 1–3 years in any outbound sales, BDR, or lead generation role
  • You've worked at a digital agency, IT services firm, or done Upwork bidding before
  • Your written English is strong — proposals are your main weapon
  • You're disciplined enough to do volume work consistently, not just when motivated
  • You want to understand what you're selling — not just push links
