Job Description

Kodiva.ai is looking for a highly driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) Intern to help us scale outbound sales and build relationships with hiring teams across fast-growing companies.

This is a paid remote internship for individuals who are confident communicators, proactive learners, and excited to work closely with an early-stage AI startup.

What You'll Do

  • Generate and research high-quality leads
  • Reach out to HR leaders, recruiters, and decision-makers through calls, LinkedIn, and email
  • Qualify prospects and book meetings for the team
  • Support outbound sales and customer acquisition initiatives
  • Learn modern B2B sales, outreach, and growth strategies in a startup environment

  • Confident interpersonal and conversational skills
  • Self-driven and comfortable working independently in a remote setup
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
