Job Overview

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll play a key role in expanding our presence in the US market by creating meaningful conversations with potential clients and building a strong sales pipeline.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Reach out to potential clients through cold calling, LinkedIn, and email outreach
  • Generate and qualify leads from CPA firms and SMBs across the US
  • Identify decision-makers and understand their business needs
  • Schedule meetings and appointments for senior leadership
  • Build and manage prospect lists using tools like Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Maintain accurate records and follow-ups in CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Zoho
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to support the sales process and contribute ideas for growth

What We're Looking For 

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 1–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, SDR, or Lead Generation roles
  • Experience working with international clients, preferably in the US market
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  • Confidence in making outbound calls and handling client conversations
  • Comfortable working in night shifts aligned with US business hours
  • Experience using CRM tools and managing sales pipelines

Bonus Points If You Have 

  • Experience in Outsourcing, BPO, KPO, Accounting, or Professional Services industries
  • Hands-on experience with Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM
  • Basic understanding of accounting and finance services (QuickBooks, Xero, bookkeeping, tax services, etc.)
