Job Description

Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Staff Augmentation

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (On-site)

Experience: 0–1 Year (Freshers Welcome)

Function: Sales / Business Development

Role Overview

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a crucial role as the Door Opener for our business. Your primary responsibility is to identify potential clients, initiate conversations, and build a strong sales pipeline by scheduling qualified meetings for the Business Development team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Prospecting

  • Identify potential clients using LinkedIn, industry directories, and online research
  • Target key decision-makers such as CTOs, HR Heads, and Delivery Managers

2. Cold Outreach

  • Execute daily outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, emails, and calls
  • Engage prospects through personalized and professional communication

3. Lead Qualification

  • Interact with prospects to understand hiring needs and budgets
  • Qualify leads before passing them to the Senior Business Development team

4. CRM Management

  • Maintain and update accurate data in CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce)
  • Ensure all client interactions and details are well-documented

5. Market Research & Mapping

  • Track companies that are expanding, hiring, or recently funded
  • Identify new opportunities across Ahmedabad and PAN India

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English
  • Business Understanding: Basic knowledge of how companies operate and hiring needs
  • Sales Mindset: Strong hunter attitude with resilience towards rejection
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable with LinkedIn, CRM tools, and AI-based tools
  • Education: Any Graduate/Post-Graduate (MBA in Marketing or IT preferred)
