Location: Ahmedabad (On-site)
Shift: Night Shift (6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST)
CTC: Up to 12 LPA (Based on experience)
Experience: 25 years in SaaS sales (mandatory)
About the Role
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Development Representative (SDR) with strong experience in SaaS sales to drive pipeline generation for the US market. You will be responsible for outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and setting up high-quality meetings for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential customers through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels
- Research accounts and build targeted outreach strategies
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on ICP and buyer personas
- Book qualified meetings and demos for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate records of all activities in CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Achieve and exceed monthly targets for meetings, SQLs, and pipeline contribution
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve conversion rates
- Stay updated with product knowledge, competitors, and market trends
Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience as an SDR/BDR in a SaaS company (mandatory)
- Proven experience selling to international markets (US preferred)
- Strong cold calling and email outreach experience
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
- Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.
- Familiarity with sales automation tools (Apollo, Salesloft, Outreach, etc.)
- Ability to handle objections and build quick rapport
- Target-driven mindset with strong negotiation skills
Good to Have
- Experience in selling to startups, SMBs, or mid-market companies
- Knowledge of SaaS metrics (MRR, ARR, CAC, LTV, etc.)
- Experience working in night shifts / US time zones
