Role Overview:
As an SDR, your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential clients, introduce them to our services, and generate qualified leads for the sales closing team. You will be the first point of contact, setting the stage for successful client engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls and outbound outreach to identify and engage potential clients.
- Qualify leads based on their interest and fit for our services.Maintain and update client information and interaction records in the CRM.
- Work closely with the sales closers to hand over well-qualified leads.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly outbound call targets and lead generation goals.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in tele-calling, telesales, or outbound sales preferred.
- Strong communication and persuasive skills with a persistent, positive attitude.
- Ability to research prospects and understand their business context.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
