Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential clients in target industries aligned with our design and tech offerings
Generate qualified leads through outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, cold calling, events)
Understand client pain points and craft tailored pitches that align with their business goals
Collaborate with the design, development, and marketing teams to create client-specific proposals and presentations
Schedule and conduct discovery calls, demos, and initial client discussions
Maintain and update CRM records, lead funnels, and pipeline metrics regularly
Stay informed on trends in SaaS, IT services, UI/UX design, and digital transformation
Support the sales team with presales activities, documentation, and follow-ups
What We're Looking For:
1.5+ years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, presales, or in a sales role within the IT/design domain
Strong understanding of lead generation techniques and outbound outreach
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a consultative sales approach
Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce
Proven ability to build relationships and engage with senior stakeholders and decision makers
A natural problem-solver with analytical thinking and storytelling ability
Team player with high ownership, discipline, and adaptability
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field preferred
