We are looking for sharp energetic minds to join our rapidly growing ecosystem and help take Turbostart and its portfolio companies to new heights!

Our portfolio company-Optimile is a fast-growing SaaS platform revolutionizing the logistics and supply chain industry. We empower businesses to optimize their delivery operations through cutting-edge AI-driven technology.

We are looking for five ambitious, high-energy individuals to join the Optimile Sales Development team in Delhi and help us scale our market presence.

What we are looking for:

Role: Sales Development Associate

As a Sales Development Associate, you will be the engine of our growth. This is a front-line

role focused on the Top of the Funnel. Your primary goal is to identify potential clients,

spark their interest, and bridge the gap between their logistics challenges and our solutions.

Experience Required: 1 year, enthusiastic freshers are most welcome to apply

Location: Delhi

What you will do:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and research potential B2B leads through LinkedIn, industry directories, and cold outreach.
  • Outbound Outreach: Conduct high-volume cold calling and personalized email campaigns to introduce Optimile's value proposition.
  • Meeting Coordination: Qualify leads and successfully schedule discovery calls or demos for the Senior Sales/Leadership team.
  • CRM Management: Maintain clean and updated records of all interactions in our CRM (e.g., HubSpot/Salesforce).
  • Market Insight: Gather feedback from prospects to help the product team understand market pain points.

Our ideal candidate:

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Resilience: A never-give-up attitude. You view no as a stepping stone to a yes.
  • Grit: High energy and the ability to handle 50+ outbound touchpoints daily.
  • Education: Recent graduates (any stream) or final-year students available for a full-time internship.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with LinkedIn and basic Excel/Google Sheets is a must.
