We are hiring a motivated Sales & Business Development Associate (or Intern) to manage international lead generation and appointment setting.
Your job will involve calls, emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and social media outreach to schedule meetings with potential clients. You will be trained by the Director and get exposure to global business development strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound international calls (UK, US, Europe) to potential leads.
- Reach out via emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and DMs to generate appointments.
- Follow up consistently to convert responses into meetings.
- Research and qualify leads using LinkedIn, databases, and online tools.
- Understand and communicate basic details of our services (training provided).
- Coordinate with the senior team for proposals & strategy calls.
- Assist in drafting outreach scripts, follow-up content, and call notes.
- Book calls/Zoom meetings with qualified leads.
- Maintain CRM and lead sheets.
- Share daily outreach and progress report.
- Meet weekly/monthly targets (leads reached, meetings scheduled).
